Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable, at the discretion of the Management, will only be made to the debit/credit card used for the original transaction. Since it is a Temple As per the Hindu Religious and Holi N Spiritual Services LLp Endowment Rajasthan Act and Rules. Once the Amount is reached to Temple account it will not be Refunded.

If the amount Debit twice (more than one time) due to technical issues any other issues will not refunded

So users are requested make sure Before Transferring the amount, that the amount will not be refunded any cost.

All payments are subject to the following conditions :

The description of services are specific to your need, when you log in with your unique password. Normally payment is required in advance (i.e. before you commence your activity).

All Amount quoted are in Indian Rupees. Holi N Spiritual Services LLp reserves the right to change the amount at any time.

Your payment will normally reach the Holi N Spiritual Services LLp account to which you are making a payment within two working days.Holi N Spiritual Services LLp account due to you quoting an incorrect account number or incorrect personal details. Neither can we accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason.

• If the card supplier declines payment the Holi N Spiritual Services LLp is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check with your bank/credit/debit card supplier that payment has been deducted from your account.

• In no event will the Holi N Spiritual Services LLp be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site, any websites linked to this site, or the materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.

•आपका भुगतान सामान्य रूप से होली एन आध्यात्मिक सेवा एलएलपी खाते तक पहुंच जाएगा, जिसके लिए आप दो कार्य दिवसों के भीतर भुगतान कर रहे हैं। हॉलिली एन आध्यात्मिक सेवा एलएलपी खाता आपको एक गलत खाता संख्या या गलत व्यक्तिगत विवरण का हवाला देते हुए। किसी भी कारण क्रेडिट / डेबिट कार्ड सप्लायर द्वारा भुगतान अस्वीकार या अस्वीकृत होने पर, हम न ही देयता स्वीकार कर सकते हैं।

•यदि कार्ड आपूर्तिकर्ता भुगतान को अस्वीकार करता है तो होली एन आध्यात्मिक सेवाएं एलएलपी इस तथ्य को आपके ध्यान में लाने के लिए कोई दायित्व नहीं है। आपको अपने बैंक / क्रेडिट / डेबिट कार्ड आपूर्तिकर्ता से जांच करनी चाहिए कि भुगतान आपके खाते से काट लिया गया है।

• कोई भी इवेंट में होली एन आध्यात्मिक सेवा एलएलपी उपयोग के किसी भी नुकसान के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होगी, उपयोग करने में असमर्थता, या इस साइट के उपयोग के परिणामों, इस साइट से जुड़ी कोई वेबसाइट, या सामग्री किसी भी या ऐसी सभी साइटें, चाहे वारंटी, अनुबंध, टोट या किसी अन्य कानूनी सिद्धांत पर आधारित हो और चाहे इस तरह के नुकसान की संभावना की सलाह दी जाए या नहीं।
